This notice explains how Ipson & Co handles information submitted through the Imprint early-access and beta-testing forms.
Who is responsible
Ipson & Co, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, is responsible for the information collected through this site. Contact: imprint.info@protonmail.com.
What we collect
Depending on the form, we collect your email address, first name, language choice, request source, consent choices, and any answers you voluntarily provide in the feedback questionnaire. We do not collect audio files through this site.
Why we use it
We use signup information to respond to requests, review beta interest, contact selected testers, and administer the early testing process. Optional marketing consent is used only for updates and news. Questionnaire answers help us understand product needs.
Service providers and retention
Signup and questionnaire records are stored using Supabase as our hosting and database provider. Access is restricted to the people administering Imprint. We keep information only for as long as needed to manage early access, testing, and related communications, then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional marketing consent, or object to a use of your information by emailing imprint.info@protonmail.com. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority in your country.
Updates
We may update this notice when the site or testing process changes. The current version is dated 23 September 2026.
